For some 3rd party apps out of the Google Play Store, you can visit the Market on Home Page. We have added some common 3rd party apps in the Market for easy downloading and installation.

We recommend an over 15 Mbps network speed for a good streaming experience. We also recommend an Ethernet hardwire network over a Wi-Fi network for a stable and fast network.

For VOD, you can adjust the picture quality from high quality to low quality. For high quality, we recommend a 15Mbps network for seamless streaming without buffering. For 4K / UHD VODs in Heat VOD Ultra, we recommend a 25 Mbps network.

It may in result of the device is not yet activated by your seller. We would advise you to contact your seller, providing your
device MAC number for your seller to check, confirm and activate.

(1) Reboot your network (power off the router for 5 minutes and power it on again) and reboot your device;
(2) Clear caches & clear data: Home screen - 1st row - settings - apps - relevant apps - clear caches and clear data;
(3) Reinstall the app: Home screen - 1st row - settings - apps - relevant apps - uninstall. Then install the app back on Home Screen;
(4) Try to turn on/off any VPN if you are using VPN.
