Love the Box, Haven't figured out how to record

As the title says but it is a big hastle as they do not reply to return requests. Avoid purchasing from them.I have emailed them 3 times for a return and got no response.

I requested an order cancellation the same day of purchase and got no response at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Vseebox as the customer service is HORRIBLE. The box has two different prices on two websites. I requested a price adjustment and got NO RESPONSE.

This was a major disappointment. I contacted support to be sure that it wasn’t a setup issue and they said that this model does not search inside the apps for channels, movies, or TV series.

Very easy box to set up took minutes, the only app I installed was my vpn. The box is stacked with quality apps and I don't think you need any 3rd party apps to find what you want to watch, picture quality excellent so far no annoying buffering. Only moan ,it would of been nice to come with a usa/uk power adaptor. Keep up the good work 4.8 stars.
